1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the b8bet platform and its users ("Members"). By using b8bet's website, mobile version, or any related services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2Account Registration

If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. b8bet is not responsible for losses arising from the user's own negligence in cases of account compromise.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

b8bet is operated for individuals aged 21 and above only. Gaming by anyone underage is strictly prohibited, and any such account discovered will be closed immediately.

Any one of the following documents may be required for identity verification:

• Driving license
• Any other government-approved identity document

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals may only be made to verified payment methods and in the account holder's own name.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

b8bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, and it applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One account will receive no more than one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• b8bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• New promotional offers may not apply until an ongoing bonus requirement has been fulfilled.
• All bonus offers have a specific expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once expired.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on b8bet. Specific rules for particular games or sports can be found on the relevant pages.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets must be placed while the market is open. Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.
• In live betting, bets affected by a technical failure may be automatically cancelled.
• If an event is abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a confirmed result is known before a match begins, the related bets will be cancelled.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and is completely impartial.
• b8bet has the authority to decide on matters relating to incomplete games resulting from a technical error.
• b8bet is not liable for losses caused by service disruptions.

6.3 VIP Program

b8bet's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to each tier is determined based on your activity on the platform.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b8bet platform, and any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts or in a strategic manner.
• Using software, bots, or automation to defraud the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, interfering with the platform's security systems, or running harmful software.
• Demeaning, harassing, or spreading false information about other Members.
• Exploiting a detected technical error or bug — it must be reported immediately.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.

8Account Suspension & Closure

b8bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If the Member does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in deposits or withdrawals.
• At the Member's own request (self-exclusion or account closure).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is becoming harmful to you, you can contact our support team to temporarily or permanently close your account. Any attempt to open a new account during the self-exclusion period will be cancelled.

8.2 Inactive Accounts
